Description

Dead by Daylight is an intense multiplayer horror game that pits one player as the savage Killer against a team of four Survivors. The Survivors must work together to escape the Killer's clutches, avoiding capture, torture, and certain death. The game follows a 4vs1 format, where the Survivors play in third-person perspective, providing them with better situational awareness, while the Killer plays in first-person perspective, focusing on hunting down their prey.

As a Survivor, your objective is to escape the Killing Ground without being caught by the relentless Killer. Each encounter presents a unique challenge as the environment changes every time you play. You must rely on your wits, stealth, and teamwork to navigate the ever-shifting terrain and evade the Killer. Use the resources available, such as wooden pallets, windows, and items found in chests or brought into the match, to outmaneuver the Killer and survive for as long as possible.

On the other hand, the Killer's goal is to sacrifice the Survivors to the malevolent entity that rules over the realm of Dead by Daylight. By catching Survivors and placing them on hooks scattered throughout the trial grounds, the Killer initiates the sacrifice process. However, some special add-ons, perks, or 'Memento Mori' offerings allow the Killer to bypass the sacrifice process and directly kill a Survivor with a unique animation.

To escape, the Survivors must repair a majority of the generators scattered across the map. Once enough generators are repaired, they can power the exit gates, giving them a chance to leave the area. Alternatively, they can search for a hatch, which provides an alternate escape route. The outcome of each match depends on the teamwork, strategy, and survival instincts of the Survivors and the relentless pursuit of the Killer.

Dead by Daylight offers an intense and thrilling gameplay experience, with its ever-changing environments, asymmetric multiplayer mechanics, and the constant tension between the Survivors and the Killer. It is a game that tests your skills, communication, and ability to adapt in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
